Physiotherapy is a profession which requires learning about each patient's physical situation. However, The quality of each appointment can be enhanced simply by the physio observing you in your own environment. This is where Home Visits shine and where Fuller Life Physio comes to Life!

How it works...

1. Our passionate, caring team will contact you to arrange you first initial appointment. 
2. Prior to arriving, we will contact you to confirm everything is still good for the appointment to take place.
3. Our initial assessment is then carried out which includes lots of questions, some observations and physical examination of you, your mobility and your abilities. 
4. The Physiotherapist will then construct a plan around the findings from their assessment in conjunction with you goals and aspirations. 
5. A plan is agreed on and the Physio will implement that plan along with scheduling your next appointment. 

If at any point through the process you feel uncertain or confused about the plan or anything around your Physiotherapy, you simply need to contact us and we will do our best to put your mind at ease.

Retirement Villages 

Fuller Life Physio was born to create ease for each and every patient in receiving their physiotherapy - that includes those in retirement villages where receiving any kind of healthcare can be a logistical challenge. 

The process of getting started with your physiotherapy is very much the same as our mobile service. We schedule your initial appointment and come to you when it suits. From there we get to work on moving your towards your goals. 

Residential Aged Care Facilities

Our objective as an Allied Health Service is to provide each and every facility with the support and input they require and beyond. 

Now that AN-ACC has replaced the ACFI within aged care facilities, Physiotherapy has had to adapt. We now strive to provide RACFs with an in-house custom made service, which is suitable to each facility and it's requirements. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintenance and reablement program's, designed to optimise a resident's mobility and functional ability, then maintaining this with on-going care. 
• Individualised programs to help prevent falls, physical deconditioning and an increase in assistance. 
• Falls groups, strength and conditioning groups, mobility groups and more.
• Pain management.
• Training including manual handling training, 'one-off' training and other training required by the facility.
• Staff support which includes injury prevention and general musculoskeletal care.
• Other services which are required by the facility.

Fuller Life Physio also works closely with individuals who life in facilities, their friends and their families to provide residents with on-going physiotherapy input. This can be managed through the facility, the DVA or other funding potions available from care providers.
