Upon joining, you will be supported throughout the initial induction process and provided as much help and support as possible, so you feel equipped and prepared to get started. You will have the opportunity to be apart of building your very own caseload and to manage your own diary in making home and community-based visits throughout your region. If you're casual, or part-time, you can simply build a flexible caseload that fit's around your lifestyle and other commitments.

WHO WE LOOK FOR...

If you're are a New Graduate or experienced, it makes no difference to us. There are special elements to both. Our focus is to empower you so that you become the best practitioner your can, and your client's are on track. Some of the attributes we look for include - confidence, clinical autonomy and reliability, time and diary management, an understanding of the NDIS, aged care and community-based therapy and a passion for your craft.

We also require the following;

• Full Police check
• Working with children check
• Minimum of a Bachelor in your profession
• First Aid 
• Your own car
• Current COVID-19 vaccine and Flu shots
