If at any point through the process you feel uncertain or confused about the plan or anything around your Physiotherapy, you simply need to contact us and we will do our best to put your mind at ease.
Fuller Life Physio was born to create ease for each and every patient in receiving their physiotherapy - that includes those in retirement villages where receiving any kind of healthcare can be a logistical challenge.
The process of getting started with your physiotherapy is very much the same as our mobile service. We schedule your initial appointment and come to you when it suits. From there we get to work on moving your towards your goals.
Residential Aged Care Facilities
Our objective as an Allied Health Service is to provide each and every facility with the support and input they require and beyond.
The ACFI funding system is under review and will go through changes in the next year or two. Until then the requirement is for AH professionals to attend to each PMP care a facility may have, from 20 to 80 minutes per week. As the changes occur, there may be less emphasis on those times of treatment and more on assessment and pain management planning and regular reviews. Facilities will still require the support and input from Physio's and AH professionals, which is where we take the time to sit down and discuss your needs as an individual client. Your needs are our focus - use us to remain compliant, keep your resident's healthy and your facility happy.
Fuller Life Physio also works closely with individuals who life in facilities, their friends and their families to provide residents with on-going physiotherapy input. This can be managed through the facility, the DVA or other funding potions available from care providers.
